Please check the news page for changes due to e.g. Seminars. Our training takes place the year - expect between Christmas and New Year and on official holidays. Our Dojo is located in the gym hall of the department of sports. You can find it on our map.
We're looking forward to welcome visitors
Everyone is welcome to take part in our training. Due to organizational reasons, eligibility for the "Allgemeiner Hochschulsport" (AHS) is needed.
- Students of the University of Mainz have this permission automatically.
- For all others, there are "taster cards". Please contact us by mail (see "Kontakt") so that we can take care about the details.
- For a regular attendance, there is one years pass. This one gives access to the entire program of the AHS.
Training
If it's your first time, the best way to dress are single coloured simple sport clothes (without zippers). Our training begins when we start arranging the matting, just look and join in. If you come from another Dojo, you can show up in your regular training suit, of course.
